The arts are a great tool to speak of the majesty and fame of God. In response to the promises of God we are creating an artistic community and network that allows for the creative arts to be relevant and on the edge.

“In Acts 2 we see the church exploding out in public, expressing to people the Wonders of God in their language. God has always been about making His Good News available to every person. Our dream this year is to see the church going public in a far greater way and we see the arts as one the major vehicles that will facilitate the message of Jesus Christ booming louder than ever before. The arts can be an amazing platform that can effectively display Jesus Christ in our cultures’ language, making the message
more accessible, whether through live events, print materials, DVD’s, music CD’s and even online. The arts never take the place of us going and spreading the word, but it is there to assist. We are trusting God for a studio so that we can produce original materials and fulfill the call that God has on Urban life Church to be a resource base to other churches, as well as us spreading the fame of Jesus. We see children’s and youth resources being produced that will compete with the world’s best. We also want to take our Sunday meetings to a new level so that how we present the worship and preaching time will reflect the excellencies of God .”
